YOUR DREAM
Most home remodeling projects start with a Dream. It’s Master Remodeler’s job to make that real—within your budget and building codes and with the least hassles. That comes from us planning closely with you in the Design phase. Take a look at our 2010 award-winning kitchen as an example.
As your remodel unfolds during construction you’ll find a clear advantage in the fact that we’re a “Design and Build” contractor. Things will go much more smoothly and any unforeseen problems will be handled efficiently to keep your project on track.
DISCOVERY & DESIGN
First, we meet with you in your home to hear your ideas and examine your house. Then we start to work on design, costing, specs and precise architectural plans. It may take a few passes with you to get it just right. There are so many great choices these days and you may need a little time to process it all. Rest assured that we will be with you every step of the way.
TOOLS = CLARITY
In addition to 20+ years of experience, we use powerful tools to make planning efficient and enjoyable. Our Computer Aided Design even gives you color 3-D renderings or a virtual tour like you see on TV. Most importantly you'll have precise architectural plans with every detail clearly spelled out.
PRECISION = CONFIDENCE
The end result is that you know exactly what you’re getting, how long it will take and how much it will cost. On our end we’ll have a precise schedule of materials, specs and timings.
Our highly detailed planning allows us to most efficiently complete your project and at the same time give you flexibility to make changes along the way without missing a beat.
WHAT SHADE OF GREEN?
Design also provides you the opportunity to incorporate any green and energy efficiency elements you want for your home. There are many shades of green to choose from in the continuum, from better insulation to geothermal, from low VOC paints to solar.
