The experience with Junko was excellent. (As the designer for Master Remodelers, Junko) 1] has a great eye for color, 2] was able to ensure fluidity in our home (changes recommended blended well with rest of house), and 3] was easy to communicate with and was accessible when necessary. The products and colors Junko recommended were not ones that I thought I wanted initially. But, as it turned out, they were the best colors and products for our home. Junko orchestrated the granite selection. She actually asked for a piece to be taken from a slab (because of the poor lighting at Colucci) and being able to see that piece of granite in our home helped us to select it.
You provided us with the perfect project manager for our project. Chris was not just a nice guy. He seriously wanted to make us happy. He wanted to do a good job and he was meticulous. I felt that he was committed to our project. (My husband) Ron usually doesn’t like people in our home when we are not there, but he trusted Chris implicitly. Chris tolerated my punch lists and made sure that even the smallest task was done well.
The project took longer than I expected, but it wasn’t as much of an invasion as I expected it to be. Overall, it was a very good experience. I’ve been putting off making major changes to our home because I just didn’t think I could handle it with my Mellon work schedule. But I was very pleased with the process and the end result. It really was a very good experience for me and I am very satisfied with the results.
