Design / Build Advantages
Master Remodelers, Inc./Regis McQuaide & Co. is the single source for your home remodeling project. Our in-house Designers support and simplify the overall decision-making process that allows us to offer high quality, distinctive custom projects at a better value.

Each step of the process is handled by our resident experts:

  • Creative Concepts
  • Interior & Exterior Design
  • CAD Drawings
  • Expert Craftsmanship Management
  • Construction
  • Often, people who hire an architectural design company that lacks hands-on knowledge of the building process, end up with plans that take too long, cost too much and realistically won't fit into their budget.

At Master Remodelers, Inc./Regis McQuaide & Co., we design projects to meet the target budget while integrating your personal style and your home’s unique architectural qualities. Taking advantage of the upfront opportunity to introduce practical & cost effective construction techniques, and incorporating principles of building science to maximize energy efficiency, are just a few of our many Design/Build benefits.

At Master Remodelers, Inc./Regis McQuaide & Co., plans are created with information gathered from your home as well as with a collaboration of ideas and the integration of your selections. This results in a unified, cohesive design, and a set of plans that are feasible for any builder. Our competitive advantage is that we make the entire process more cost effective, efficient and personalized.

    Practical benefits of design/build include:

  • Estimates can be highly accurate
  • Scheduling construction is easier
  • Quality, stylish, locally stocked materials can be specified
  • Simplified communication with you, the customer
  • The First Meeting
We recommend the initial meeting take place in your home and include a tour of the existing space. This is a great opportunity for the designer to observe your lifestyle and learn more about your tastes.

We'll do our best to ask thoughtful questions and listen to your needs. Understanding your personal goals and desires helps drive the creative process.

If your schedule allows, we encourage you to find ideas in magazines, visit product showrooms, or to let us know if there are specific products you'd like us to consider.

    Your Time Is Valuable
We understand that most homeowners perform a balancing act between demanding careers and family. Design/Build can allow you to have a one-of-a-kind home without upsetting your tight schedule. By hiring one multi-talented company, your project is in expert hands and the remodeling process is streamlined.

We believe that customer satisfaction comes first. Whether you want to be involved at all steps of the process or simply want progress reports to keep you in the loop, we will strive to make the process a pleasurable one.
