The customers' wish was to add a custom addition to their home, creating a large master suite with luxurious bath, three generous bedrooms with plentiful closet space for their children and a main bathroom for the kids. Their young children enjoy playing in the backyard, so the idea of moving the bedrooms to a second floor was perfect. It preserved their yard and kept their private rooms away from the busy family socializing area.
